Forspoken developers promise "smooth performance" and "super-fast" downloads on PC, but there is a caveat.

The released video lasts just under a minute and shows a cut of the gameplay and intro videos recorded from the PC edition of Forspoken. The video also reveals the main technical features of the release.
On the PC version, Forspoken promises "smooth performance" up to 60fps thanks to AMD FSR 2 scaling, "ultra-fast" downloads, and adjustable graphics settings (low, standard, high, and ultra).
Among other things, Forspoken on PC will offer "full support" for HDR, 32:9 ultra-wide (in gameplay), keyboard and mouse, DualSense and DualShock 4 gamepads, and XInput and DirectInput controllers.
Recall that for Forspoken to work on a PC at 720p and at 30 frames / s, 16 GB of RAM and a GTX 1060 (6 GB) will be enough, and for the same performance in 1440p, you will need 24 GB and RTX 3070 (8 GB).
Forspoken will be one of the first games to support DirectStorage load acceleration technology, but owners of already fast NVMe drives (recommended in Ultra configuration) will benefit the most from it.
Forspoken will release on January 24 on PC (Steam, Microsoft Store, EGS) and PS5. According to the plot, the girl Frey Holland finds herself in the fantasy region of Atia, where, in order to survive, she will have to master magical abilities.
